Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. There is a smoking area outside, at the front of the building.

Please note that the cleaner will only maintain the cleanliness of the property and will not clean excess mess or dishes.

Please kindly dispose of rubbish in the provided waste bins and leave your rinsed dishes in the dishwasher.

There will be a charge deducted from your deposit for any broken/misuse of furniture or damage to walls and an additional cleaning charge for leftover mess.

All guests must be 21 or over (excluding families with children).

A photographic driver's licence/passport is required to show at check-in. Please inform City Center Financial District Three Bedroom Duplex Apartment in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of GBP 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

新北市土城區燿華電子廠房昨（ 28 ）日傍晚傳出火警，廠區乙棟 4 樓的鼓風機起火燃燒。燿華指出僅鼓風機燒毀，未波及其他生產線，因此對公司財務及業務無重大影響。而燿華今（ 29 ）日股價，早上 10 點左右，跌幅超過 2%，來到 10.65 元。

燿華土城廠 28 日傍晚傳出火警，警消獲報到場搶救，但疑似廠區工作人員未告知現場有強酸、強鹼物質，導致10名消防人員脖子、背部及雙手遭灼傷，所幸送醫救治後並無生命危險，詳細事故原因還需進一步釐清。

燿華指出，土城一廠於 28 日傍晚 5 點 36 分，乙棟 4 樓因鼓風機過熱發生火警，現場經消防人員灌救下迅速控制住火勢，經勘查僅鼓風機燒毀並未波及其他生產線，且未造成人員傷亡，不影響工廠正常運作，對公司財務及業務無重大影響。指出公司廠房及設備均足額投保，後續會再進行相關處理事宜。

燿華為印刷電路板（ PCB ）廠，產品主攻高階智慧型手機、平板電腦市場，以及太陽能電池，是蘋果供應鏈的一員。其實，這不是燿華第一次發生工安意外，2015 年 4 月底，土城二廠發生大火，當時第一時間估算月營收至少損失數億元。同年 7 月燿華宜蘭廠發生氣爆，造成 5 名員工受傷送醫。而今年 6 月宜蘭廠因工作人員進入廢水池中未著安全裝備，也未檢測氣體濃度的狀況下，導致吸入過多硫化氫而中毒昏迷，造成 4 人喪命。

台中國立自然科學博物館，今(29)日衝破9千萬參觀人次，第9千萬名幸運兒來自台中的蕭姓女士，帶著3歲兒子一同參觀。科博館致贈10年免費入館的「黑卡」及自家商品，並邀約該對幸運母子成為10月底吉祥物曝光活動的首位座上賓。

科博館館長孫維新與館內同仁上午「埋伏」在觀眾入口處，當第9千萬人次產生時，全場熱烈鼓掌，蕭姓女士帶著笑容說「嚇了一跳」，驚喜之感真情流露。孫維新獻花並為該女士披上綵帶，隨後由舞者引領到廣場歡慶，場面熱鬧。科博館也以此做為另一個起點，預計於10月推出全新吉祥物，象徵開啟全新的科普及歷史教育的里程碑。

科博館吸引來自各地的民眾參觀，國外的遊客也慕名而來，科博館在設立之初，就是希望透過科技整合將科普知識以生活化、藝術化的概念下設計主題展示，加上921地震教育園區、車籠埔斷層保存園區、鳳凰谷鳥園生態園區，不斷提供參觀民眾不同層面的資訊。
